Emulsions

The quality of our aromatic emulsions is a benchmark in the drinks sector. Our vocation and specialisation have made us true experts in all kinds of emulsions: neutral, with natural or artificial colourants, with a gum arabic or modified starch base, with bidistilled citrus terpenes, medium-chain triglycerides or vegetable oils, with or without weighting agents.


Compounds

Cosmos looks for solutions to optimise the design, control and manufacturing processes of beverages. We analyse synergies between the different ingredients and our aromas. We wish to cooperate with our clients’ innovations using integrated compounds that can contain fruit juices, functional ingredients, additives and aromas.


Extracts

Monks studied Infusions and maceration of aromatic plants in alcohol or wine in monasteries and pharmacists from the 19th to the mid 20th century. They created many liqueurs wit digestive and aperitif properties, which were offered to the nobility of the time. Many of their recipes remain the same today.
